Mireia Las Heras

Mireia Las Heras serves as an associate professor at IESE Business School - University of Navarra and directs the International Center for Work and Family, where she has made significant contributions to understanding workplace dynamics and family integration. Her diverse academic background includes an industrial engineering degree, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Boston University.
