Mike Mister

Mike Mister is an expert in leadership development and organizational change, specializing in designing and supporting change agendas for professional services firms. With over 30 years of experience, he began his career in retail banking and the defense industry before transitioning to consulting. He worked at Ernst & Young, where he initially served in the UK Firm and later became EY’s Global Director of Executive Development. Mike has collaborated with senior leaders and their teams internationally, focusing on enhancing leadership capabilities. He has published various evidence-based articles and holds an MBA from The Open University. Additionally, he is the co-author of "How to Lead Smart People" and "From Work Life to New Life – Rewriting the Rules of Retirement.
