Mike Hughes

Mike Hughes is a Director at Prism RA, specializing in cyber and technology governance, risk, compliance, and security advisory services. With over 30 years of experience, including 20 years at KPMG, he helps organizations maximize their technology investments, improve data quality, and enhance cyber resilience. Mike holds several certifications, including CISM and CRISC, and plays significant leadership roles within ISACA at both local and international levels. He has contributed to ISACA publications like COBIT and GDPR, and currently serves on ISACA's Technology & Information Risk Advisory Board. Mike is also leading ISACA's involvement in the UK Cyber Security Council project. As an educator, he lectures on ISACA certification courses and has presented webinars for ACCA. Additionally, Mike serves as a Non-Executive Director for CyberQ Group and is a member of the Cyber Advisory Board for Cranfield and Aston Universities, as well as the UK's Institute of Directors.
