About Me

Michelle Moulton serves as Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she has been educating entry-level nursing students since 2010. Her expertise in healthcare simulation and debriefing is supported by both basic and advanced simulation instructor training from the Center for Medical Simulation in Boston. Her doctoral work, completed in 2019, focused on developing simulation-based education programs to enhance acute care nurses' response to patient deterioration through improved situational awareness
