Michael F. Walsh is a faculty member at the College of Business and Economics, where he teaches marketing at both graduate and undergraduate levels. His research focuses on consumer resistance to change and marketing/public policy. His work has been published in top journals like the *Journal of Public Policy and Marketing*. With over 20 years of corporate experience in management, advertising, and marketing, Mike has led marketing efforts at Buchanan Ingersoll and Ketchum Advertising. He holds a Ph.D. and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA from Duquesne University. In 2015, he was named Educator of the Year by the Pittsburgh AMA.
