His distinguished career includes 28 years at S&P Global Ratings, where he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Sustainable Finance, leading the firm's research activities in this field. His academic credentials include a BA in Modern Languages from Bristol University, an Executive MBA from Cass Business School (now Bayes), and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Carbon Finance & Analytics from London Business School. He has made significant contributions to climate finance policy as a member of the Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) from 2016-2021 and continues to serve on the GARP Sustainability & Climate Risk Certification Advisory Committee.
