Memory Apata

Memory R. Apata serves as Research & Learning Librarian for Music & Performing Arts at Dartmouth College, bringing together her passion for opera and library science. Her academic background includes a BA in Music and German from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at Dartmouth. Her experience spans from performance to academic librarianship, having served as lead Teaching Assistant for OperaX. Beyond her professional duties, she maintains an active musical practice, with a repertoire ranging from Renaissance polyphony to modern popular music. Her versatility as a performer and scholar enriches her ability to support music research and education at Dartmouth.
