Mauro Tamayo

Mauro Tamayo serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Chile's Faculty of Medicine, combining expertise in physical therapy with public policy. With a Master's in Management and Public Policy, he specializes in social inclusion, disability rights, primary healthcare, and social determinants of health. His leadership extends to directing the Postgraduate Diploma in Community-Based Rehabilitation, which reached its seventh iteration in 2019.
