Matt Offord

Dr. Matt Offord serves as a Senior Lecturer in Experiential Leadership Education and Associate Director of Learning and Teaching at the University of Glasgow's Adam Smith Business School. His innovative teaching approach combines experiential methods with 'ecopedagogy,' focusing on sustainable and responsible leadership through real-world experiences. He specializes in outdoor learning, business simulations, and educational escape rooms to bring management theory to life. As the School's academic lead for Technology Enhanced Learning and Teaching (TELT) and AI, he pioneers innovative teaching methods. His research interests include postdigital ecopedagogy, cultural evolution of leadership, and the impact of AI on authentic leadership.
