Mary Lindsay Powell

Mary Lindsay Powell, DNP, PMHNP-BC, APRN, is a dedicated lecturer at the Yale School of Nursing, specializing in the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program. She teaches courses on the neurobiological basis of disease, pharmacotherapy, and addiction treatment. In addition to her academic role, she serves as the Behavioral Health Clinical Director for the Community Health Care Van at the Yale School of Medicine's Infectious Disease AIDS Program.Dr. Powell provides direct psychiatric services to marginalized populations and runs a suboxone program for individuals with complex diagnoses. Her contributions to nursing education and practice have been recognized with the Annie Goodrich Award, which honors outstanding teaching and professional activities.
