Martine Haas

Martine Haas is an Associate Professor of Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where her research focuses on collaboration within global, knowledge-intensive organizations. She has previously held positions at Cornell University and London Business School. Professor Haas's work examines various aspects of organizational behavior, including global teams, knowledge sharing, and the sociology of organizations. Her research has been published in prestigious journals and she serves as an associate editor for the Academy of Management Journal.In addition to her research, Professor Haas is an award-winning teacher who has instructed executives, PhD students, MBA students, and undergraduates in courses related to global strategy and organizational behavior.
