Maristela Alcântara

This professional has established herself as a leader in educational technology integration, combining a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with specialization in Learning Technologies. Her 25-year career in education includes significant leadership roles, particularly during her tenure as Educational Technology Supervisor and Director of the Digital Center for Elementary Education at São Caetano do Sul Municipality (2006-2012). In these positions, she developed innovative educational technology projects and workshops targeting diverse age groups, consistently promoting the integration of new technologies in education. Her expertise expanded through her role as coordinator of the Moderna Compartilha Project at Editora Moderna (2013), where she managed teacher training initiatives. Her work with the Lemann Foundation's Innovation in Schools project in 2015 contributed to the organization's mission of transforming Brazilian education through technology, particularly through the Khan Academy program which has reached over 200,000 students in more than 1,000 public schools.
