Dr. Marisa Holubar is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases and Geographic Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. She serves as the Associate Medical Director for both the Stanford Antimicrobial Safety and Sustainability Program and the Infection Prevention Program. Dr. Holubar collaborates with the World Health Organization to educate front-line clinicians globally on optimal antibiotic use. She is trained in both internal medicine and pediatrics, having completed her adult infectious disease fellowship at Stanford.
