Marion Festing

Marion Festing is a Professor of Human Resource Management and Intercultural Leadership at ESCP Europe’s Berlin campus. She has held several leadership roles, including Director of the Berlin campus, Academic Director of the European Executive MBA program, and Associate Dean for Research. Marion teaches human resource management and leadership across various programs and has authored numerous articles in international HR management. Her latest book, International Human Resource Management (7th ed., 2017), co-authored with Peter J. Dowling and Allen D. Engle, is a key resource in the field. She also co-edits a book series on research in international HR management and strategy with Susanne Royer. Professor Festing is the co-editor of ZfP - German Journal of Research in Human Resource Management and has served on several editorial boards, including the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
