Margot Olbertz serves as a Research Associate at RWTH Aachen University's Institute of Landscape Architecture bringing expertise in productive urban landscapes and green infrastructure development Her academic background includes landscape architecture training at the University of Applied Science Osnabrück and Technical University Berlin completed in 2018 Her professional experience began at the Technical University Berlin's Department of Landscape Architecture where she worked on the "Rapid Planning" project from 2014-2019 focusing on open space planning in future megacities under the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research Currently she contributes to the H2020 IA proGIreg project at RWTH Aachen where her research focuses on transdisciplinary transformation processes in urban and regional green infrastructure and circular urban food systems
