Margaret Meloni is the President of Meloni Coaching Solutions, Inc., a company focused on helping individuals navigate the human aspects of project management. As an instructor at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education, Meloni draws from her experience in IT Project Management and PMO Leadership to support project managers in various organizations, including Occidental Petroleum, Northrop Grumman, and Toyota Motor Credit. She specializes in soft skills training for project managers, recognizing the critical role these skills play in project success.
