Marcus J. C. Long

Marcus J. C. Long was born in East Yorkshire. He was a chemistry scholar at New College, Oxford University, and completed his PhD in biochemistry under the supervision of Prof. Liz Hedstrom at Brandeis University as a Howard Hughes Medical Institute International Fellow. He then undertook postdoctoral work at Cornell University with Prof. Yimon Aye. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with over 10 laboratories worldwide.
