Marc Soutter is an engineer in environmental sciences and holds a doctorate in technical sciences. He has extensive experience in research and teaching, particularly at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and 2ie, focusing on soil science, hydrology, air pollution, water resource management, and the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for participatory planning.
