Manuel Velasco

Manuel Velasco serves as Associate Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he pioneered software design and testing education in 1992. His research spans agile methodologies, software verification and validation processes, and mass-market application development. As a member of the Knowledge Reusing research group, he has contributed significantly to software process improvement and testing methodologies.
