Maja Olvegård

Maja Olvegård is a Postdoctoral researcher specializing in beam diagnostics at Uppsala University in Sweden. With a focus on accelerator research and development, she has a particular interest in high-intensity beams. Maja previously worked at CERN, where she contributed to beam diagnostics for a future electron-positron collider. Currently, her research efforts are directed towards accelerator development for the European Spallation Source (ESS) and a neutrino super-beam project based in Europe. She teaches the course "Fundamentals of Particle Accelerator Technology" on Coursera, sharing her expertise in accelerator physics.
