Cornell UniversityLouis Hyman is a prominent economic historian and professor, currently serving as the Dorothy Ross Professor of Political Economy in History at Johns Hopkins University and a professor at the SNF Agora Institute. With a background that includes a BA from Columbia University, a Fulbright scholarship, and a PhD from Harvard University, Hyman has established himself as a leading expert on the history of capitalism in the United States.
