Lori Rosenkopf is the Vice Dean and Director of the Undergraduate Division at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds the title of Simon and Midge Palley Professor. She earned her B.S. in Operations Research from Cornell University and her M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a systems engineer for Eastman Kodak and AT&T Bell Laboratories, later obtaining her Ph.D. in Management of Organizations from Columbia University.Since joining Wharton in 1993, Professor Rosenkopf has taught a range of courses for undergraduates, MBAs, doctoral students, and executive education participants. Her commitment to teaching excellence has been recognized with several awards, including the Hauck Award for distinguished teaching in the undergraduate program. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has served as a Senior Editor for Organization Science and has consulted for the National Academy of Sciences.
