Lili Powell

Lili Powell is an award-winning associate professor at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, where she teaches MBA, EMBA, and Executive Education courses in leadership, management, and corporate communication. Recognized for her expertise in leadership presence and mindful leadership, she was awarded the Kluge Endowed Chair at the UVA School of Nursing in 2017. Powell has designed a range of courses, including the required First Year MBA Communication course and the elective "Communicating through Leadership Presence."
