Leticia Almaguer Flores

Leticia Almaguer Flores is a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she has taught for over 25 years, focusing on strategic management, process management, project management, technological innovation, and IT-based solutions. She holds degrees in Administrative Computing Systems, a Master's in Information Systems Management, and a specialization in E-commerce from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Almaguer Flores served as the director of several academic programs, including LSCA, ISI, LATI, and INT, and played a key role in curriculum design and accreditation. She has collaborated on technological projects with companies like CEMEX and IBM.
