Academic Director at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management
Dr. Leslie Breitner is the Academic Director of the International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL) program and Module Director of the International Masters in Practicing Management (IMPM) program at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. She joined McGill from the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington, where she served as Faculty Director for executive programs focused on financial and performance management. Dr. Breitner has taught financial management and public sector budgeting at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and has extensive experience in distance learning, having designed curricula for various online graduate programs. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Boston University and is the author of two widely used financial accounting textbooks, "Essentials of Accounting" and "Core Concepts of Accounting," both released in 2013.
