Her distinguished career includes serving as the Director of the Education Department at the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), where she orchestrated extensive cross-continental programs spanning 51 countries in Asia and Europe. Her expertise encompasses education diplomacy, EdTech, and sustainability, with significant contributions to inclusive education and international cooperation. Nagarajan's academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Communication Sciences from the Free University in Berlin, with additional focus on Cultural and Political Sciences. Her impactful work is evidenced through major publications addressing crucial contemporary issues, including youth leadership in ASEM countries, sustainable urbanization, and innovative STEM teaching methods incorporating IoT, Big Data, and AI. As an MOE-appointed Advisory Board Member at a Singapore public Primary School, she actively promotes initiatives in inclusion, mental health, and environmental education. Her leadership was instrumental in developing the ARC8 Outlook Report 2030, which set groundbreaking recommendations for inclusive and diverse higher education across Asia and Europe. Currently, she continues to shape educational policy and practice as a EURAXESS ASEAN Representative, bringing her expertise to foster international academic cooperation and sustainable development in education.
