Lee A. Fleisher, MD, is an emeritus professor of anesthesiology and critical care and professor of medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, where he continues active clinical practice. As founder of Rubrum Advising, LLC, Dr. Fleisher consults widely on national health policy and hospital quality improvement, serving as a senior advisor to organizations such as the Bipartisan Policy Center, FasterCures of the Milken Institute, and the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, and is a visiting fellow at the Duke-Margolis Center.
