Lampros Papalampros

Lampros Papalampros serves as Forest Engineer while pursuing his PhD in Geodesy and Surveying at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His research focuses on innovative 3D capture technologies for monitoring natural environments. Since joining HOMEOTECH in 2007, he has developed extensive expertise in forest management, cadastral surveys, and environmental programs. His professional experience since 2004 includes significant contributions to LIFE programs and environmental research initiatives. His current doctoral research combines traditional forestry knowledge with advanced surveying techniques, particularly focusing on developing new methodologies for environmental monitoring and forest management. His work in natural environment monitoring has practical applications in wildfire risk assessment and forest structure analysis, contributing to better understanding and management of forest ecosystems.
