Lakshmi R Srinivas

Ms. Lakshmi Ramakrishna Srinivas is the General Manager and Director at the State Bank Institute of Consumer Banking (SBICB), where she has leveraged over three decades of experience in various banking domains. Holding a BA (Hons) and an MA, along with extensive expertise in Retail Lending, Corporate Credit, and Learning & Development, she has held significant roles including Relationship Manager in the Corporate Accounts Group, Head of a Commercial Clients Group branch, Senior Faculty at SBICB, and Vice President (Credit) at SBI's New York branch. In her current role, she leads a diverse team comprising three Deputy General Managers, 21 faculty members, and several research officers. Ms. Srinivas is also an accomplished writer, having published human-interest articles and poetry in reputed newspapers and magazines, as well as articles in banking journals. Her interests include reading and she actively encourages a culture of learning within her team.
