Professor Kil Hyun Kwon's research is centered around sampling theories within various functional spaces. His work includes a particular focus on irregular sampling theories in shift-invariant spaces (SIS), including average sampling series, vector sampling theories, and channeled sampling theories, with emphasis on addressing aliasing errors. Additionally, his research interests span sampling theories in Wavelet sub-spaces and reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces. He also actively explores multi-resolution and harmonic analysis, making notable contributions to these areas of study.
