His distinguished career includes positions as Deputy Managing Director and Director of Research Institute at EEF, Assistant Managing Director at the Quality Learning Foundation, and Research Fellow at Harvard Institute for Quantitative Social Science. Under his leadership, EEF has pioneered groundbreaking initiatives, including successful corporate bond programs, while fostering partnerships with UNESCO and various agencies to combat educational inequality and intergenerational poverty, embodying the principle that achieving education for all requires collective effort and commitment.
