Professor at the Graduate School of Engineering Science, Osaka University
Koh Hosoda is a Professor at the Graduate School of Engineering Science at Osaka University, where he has contributed significantly to the field of robotics. He obtained his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Kyoto University in 1993. Following his doctoral studies, he served as an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering for Computer-Controlled Machinery at Osaka University from 1993 to 1997. He then advanced to the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Adaptive Machine Systems, Osaka University, from 1997 until 2010. Subsequently, he became a Professor at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at Osaka University, holding that position until 2014.
