Kevin Webster

Dr. Kevin Webster is a Senior Teaching Fellow in Statistics at Imperial College London, where he specializes in the application of machine learning methods to numerical approximation problems within dynamical systems. He earned his Ph.D. from Imperial College in 2003 and has since focused on integrating machine learning and deep learning models into various domains, including music generation and listening. Dr. Webster has developed core AI technologies for commercial applications, such as the music audio search engine Figaro, and is involved in teaching advanced statistical modeling and machine learning courses. His research interests also encompass deep learning and statistical learning theory, contributing to the advancement of these fields through both academic and practical applications.
