Kence Anderson

Kence Anderson is the Director of Autonomous AI Adoption for Autonomous Systems at Microsoft, where he has designed over 150 autonomous decision-making AI systems for commercial applications, including projects with PepsiCo, Bell Flight, and Shell. With a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for teaching, he integrates educational principles into AI design, focusing on how human expertise can enhance the effectiveness of AI systems. Anderson is also the author of Designing Autonomous AI, which explores machine teaching methodologies that facilitate the development of intelligent autonomous agents.
