Kay Aitchison is an Honours graduate in Animal Production Science from The University of Edinburgh. After gaining experience as a Dairy Husbandry Advisor, she returned to Edinburgh to take on the role of Farm Manager at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies farm. Currently, she serves as a lecturer in Farm Animal Husbandry, where she shares her extensive knowledge and practical experience with students. Kay teaches the course EDIVET: Do you have what it takes to be a veterinarian?, which provides aspiring veterinarians with insights into the veterinary profession and the skills required for success in this field. Her dedication to education and animal husbandry contributes significantly to the training of future veterinary professionals.
