With over 20 years of experience in higher education, she brings expertise in analytics, spreadsheet modeling, and instructional design to her role. Johnson holds an MS in Instructional Systems Technology (2004) and a certificate in Business Analytics (2014) from Indiana University, along with a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University (1997). Her teaching excellence has been recognized with the Trustees Teaching Award (2004), and she currently serves as Course Coordinator for K303.
