Karen Hold

Karen Hold is the Founder and President of Experience Labs, an innovation consulting firm dedicated to enhancing creative capacity through design thinking. With a background that includes a successful tenure at Procter & Gamble, where she worked on the Folgers Coffee brand, Karen has over 30 years of experience in business strategy and innovation. She teaches the course Experiencing Design: Deepening Your Design Thinking Practice at the University of Virginia, focusing on how organizations can foster innovative thinking at all levels. Her recent book, Experiencing Design: The Innovator’s Journey, emphasizes the transformative power of design thinking in creating user-centered experiences.
