Jose Luis Lobera

José Luis Lobera is the Chief Communication Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where he advises on issues related to the private sector and sustainability. In his role within the Knowledge, Communication, and Innovation department, he focuses on regional communication efforts across Latin America and organizes various events.
