After earning his Master's in Digital Communication Leadership and background in Computer Science Engineering from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, he built an impressive career spanning roles at PayPal and significant contributions to the Backstage ecosystem. As author of the Linux Foundation's "Introduction to Backstage: Developer Portals Made Easy" course and subject matter expert for the Backstage Certification program, he has helped shape the adoption of developer portals across the industry.
