Jörg Schlüter

Jörg Schlüter holds degrees in Social Pedagogy from the University of Cologne, Germany, and Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy from the University of Limerick, Ireland. He has substantial experience in child protection and protective services for children and youth in Germany and Ireland. After living in Ireland for 11 years, Jörg founded Compass Child and Family Services in 2012 to support families and children using social pedagogical principles. In 2017, he returned to Cologne, developing services for KJSH focused on minimizing out-of-home care for young people. Currently, he is involved in establishing a charitable organization in Scotland, remains a Director of Compass Child and Family Services, and serves as a trustee for the Social Pedagogy Professional Association in the UK.
