John Saville

John Saville serves as Senior Knowledge Management Assistant for the World Bank's Public-Private Partnerships team, where he manages the Quality Infrastructure Investment (QII) portfolio and maintains critical internal systems. His responsibilities encompass progress reporting, extensions, grant award letters, and budgeting for the Infrastructure Finance, PPPs & Guarantees department. His career at the World Bank spans over two decades, beginning in 1999 with the World Bank Institute. Before joining the World Bank, Saville spent three years (1995-1998) teaching English in the public school system of Kochi City, Japan. His academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Georgia. His expertise in knowledge management, combined with his understanding of Japanese culture and language, makes him particularly valuable in managing international infrastructure development initiatives.
