Joaquín Rodríguez de la Gala Faller

Joaquín Rodríguez de la Gala Faller holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, a specialization in Foreign Trade from the Instituto Tecnológico de Mérida, and a Master's in Business Law from Universidad Anáhuac Mayab. He has completed various courses at universities in the United States and has studied archaeology at the Faculty of Anthropological Sciences of the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. With four years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels, he has lectured on subjects such as foreign investments, financial law, credit titles and operations, commercial and civil contracts, environmental law, ethics, and fundamental anthropology. Currently, he is the managing partner of R DE LA GALA ABOGADOS, a law firm specializing in foreign investments in southeastern Mexico. His extensive professional background includes 14 years at BANCOMER, where he held various leadership roles in fiduciary management and corporate legal affairs.
