Jessica Maher

Jessica Maher serves as the Associate Director of the Delta Program in Research, Teaching, and Learning at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she plays a crucial role in preparing graduate students and postdoctoral scholars for academic careers. She coordinates the Graduate/Professional Certificate in Higher Education Teaching and Learning program, which focuses on developing evidence-based and inclusive teaching practices. As a co-investigator on the Postdoc Academy project, she contributes to developing professional development resources that help postdoctoral researchers build essential skills in career planning, collaborative research, and resilience.
