Jerome Benton leads Carfeine's Data Science, Research, and Development as Director, drawing on 30+ years of expertise in network engineering, telecommunications, and advanced AI from his tenure as Principal Data Scientist at AT&T Labs where he architected petabyte-scale pipelines and influenced global standards. He founded Carfeine's R&D unit, delivering innovative technologies including fine-tuned LLMs with RAG, Multi-Armed Bandit optimization, reinforcement learning for forecasting, NLP inventory systems, and GAN-based computer vision for advertising. A recognized educator and speaker, Jerome holds a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from Union College plus advanced certifications, blending practical leadership with cutting-edge machine learning applications.
