Jenniffer Bleakley

Jenniffer Bleakley is the Executive Director of the Hand in Hand Early Childhood Center in upstate New York, where she has dedicated her career to early childhood education for over 16 years. She holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in management and leadership. In addition to her role at Hand in Hand, Jenniffer serves as a Professional Development Specialist for the CDA Council and is an Adjunct Professor at Jefferson Community College. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid.At Hand in Hand, Jenniffer focuses on providing high-quality care and education for young children, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. On Coursera, she teaches the course "Child Care as a Business," where she shares her expertise in managing childcare facilities and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting best practices in early childhood education.
