Dr. Jennifer Ho is the Director of the Center for Humanities & the Arts at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she also serves as a Professor of Ethnic Studies. As the daughter of a refugee father from China and an immigrant mother from Jamaica, her personal background informs her academic focus on race and intersectionality. Dr. Ho is currently the president of the Association for Asian American Studies and has authored three scholarly monographs that contribute significantly to the discourse on ethnic studies.In addition to her research and administrative roles, Dr. Ho actively engages with communities on issues related to race, facilitating workshops on anti-racism and discussions about race in today's political climate. She teaches several courses on Coursera, including "Anti-Racism I," "Anti-Racism II," and "Anti-Racism III," aimed at fostering understanding and dialogue around these critical topics.
