Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Internationalization of Higher Education from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (with distinction), an MS in Global & International Education from Drexel University, and a BA in International Studies from the University of Arizona. At ASU, she leads initiatives for over 140,000 students, focusing on developing strategies that combine student experiences and partnerships with data-driven approaches to advance student success, academic development, global learning, and career readiness. Her work encompasses curriculum integration, study abroad program development, and the implementation of innovative advising technologies. Prior to her current role, she gained valuable experience in program development and operations with a major study abroad provider, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of international education
