Jeff Hooke

Jeff Hooke is a seasoned faculty member at the New York Institute of Finance, bringing over 30 years of experience in corporate valuation, investment banking, and private equity. Since 2005, he has designed and delivered courses in M&A and finance, drawing on his background as a private investment executive at Emerging Markets Partnership and as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Schroder Wertheim. Jeff holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. from the University of Science. Currently, he serves as managing director at FOCUS and is the author of four books on valuation, investment, and finance. He teaches a range of courses and professional certificates in M&A, project finance, and investment banking at NYIF.
