Jeanne Pereira serves as Assistant General Manager and Faculty at State Bank of India, bringing extensive expertise in banking education and behavioral sciences. Her academic credentials include a degree in Economics, MBA in Banking & Finance, and CAIIB certification. Throughout her career at SBI, she has accumulated diverse experience across Personal Banking, International Banking, Credit & NPA Management, Customer Service, and Merchant Acquisition. As a distinguished faculty member and trainer in SBI's Training System, she has led comprehensive programs covering Retail Banking, Forex, Government Business, Preventive Vigilance, and Behavioral Sciences. Her contributions extend beyond SBI as a guest faculty at prestigious B-Schools, where she delivers engaging sessions on Behavioral Science and Management. She has authored several influential books on Banking Ombudsman Cases, Merchant Acquiring Business, and BHIM Aadhaar SBI, while maintaining special focus on Business Etiquettes, Communication, and Leadership Development.
