Jayasri Lalitha

S.N. Jayasri Lalitha serves as Assistant General Manager (Faculty) at State Bank Institute of Innovation and Technology, bringing over 27 years of extensive banking experience. An IIT Delhi alumna with a Master's degree in Chemistry, she has carved a unique niche in banking technology and training. Her career trajectory spans significant roles in both retail banking and IT implementation, including heading three retail-intensive branches - Bagru, South Campus Delhi University, and Inderpuri. Her technological expertise was instrumental during two major banking transformations: the migration from manual banking to Bank Master System and later to Core Banking System, where she served as Project Officer. Prior to her current role, she made significant contributions as AGM in charge of Corporate Internet Banking developments at GITC Belapur. Her comprehensive understanding of banking technology challenges led to a collaborative study on customer complaints regarding technology applications, resulting in a practical handbook for branch operations. At SBIIT, she specializes in teaching Internet Banking (both Retail and Corporate) and eCommerce, while pursuing her creative interests in crochet and hand-embroidery.
